I first met the Push Stars in September of 1998 when I took a road trip to Buffalo with a friend to see Great Big Sea perform. Being from Canada, neither of us had ever heard of the Push Stars before. But we both really enjoyed the show. Somehow, Ryan, Chris and Dan managed to convince us that we had to see them play again, and of course, we have!
The Push Stars' latest release is called Paint The Town. This cd includes many fabulous songs including "Lucky Sevens", "Claire", Outside of a Dream" and the title track, "Paint the Town". Check out some of the tracks by clicking here.
Other Push Stars albums include Opening Time, After the Party, Tonight, and Meet Me At The Fair. Opening Time is a special album for me because the guys used several of my photos for the cd insert (including the one of Dan holding the star on the front cover!). I got quite a thrill out of seeing my name printed inside the cd. Thanks guys!
